Here at the pilates Center Tableview , we are offering  PILATES for karate classes, a contemporary approach to the exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Our group classes are small, which ensures that students get the personal attention they need to get the most out of every movement.

Pilates is designed to strengthen the core muscles of the body and students have benefited from the classes with reduced back and knee pain as well as an overall feeling of well being. It is also an exercise that strengthens and stretches at the same time. The pilates class is based on mat exercises and focuses on strengthening and flexing your entire body.
